Ivatherm is a Romanian dermatocosmetic and beauty brand that grew to 15+ countries in record time.

As Global Creative Director, I defined its tone of voice, built an always-on brand universe, and made it desirable across markets and cultures worldwide.

I achieved this by hiring, leading and co-creating alongside multidisciplinary teams of AI artists, video editors, product designers, influencers and art directors.
